These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of www.newhousesolution.com. By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or engaging our services, you agree to the terms applicable to your use and engagement. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

01 About Our Services

New House Solution provides interior design and related solutions for residential and commercial spaces. Depending on the agreed project scope, services may include:

  • Home, flat, apartment, villa, and duplex interior design.
  • Office, retail, showroom, restaurant, and commercial interiors.
  • Modular kitchen, wardrobe, and storage solutions.
  • False ceiling, lighting design, and space planning.
  • 3D visualisation, material selection, and design consultation.
  • Turnkey execution and project management, where agreed.

The specific services, deliverables, and responsibilities for each project will be confirmed separately with the client.

02 Enquiries and Consultations

Submitting an enquiry or requesting a consultation through our website does not automatically create a binding service contract or guarantee project acceptance.

  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date contact and project information.
  • Consultation and site visit availability is subject to confirmation.
  • Any free consultation or site visit is subject to the scope and conditions communicated by our team.
  • Project commencement requires agreement on the applicable scope, price, and other relevant terms.

03 Quotations and Pricing

Prices and quotations are based on the project requirements, measurements, design specifications, selected materials, labour, and other relevant factors known at the time of preparation.

  • Any quotation should be reviewed for its stated scope, validity period, and exclusions.
  • Changes to measurements, specifications, materials, or project requirements may affect the quoted price.
  • Additional work not included in the original scope may require a separate quotation or written approval.
  • Applicable taxes, delivery charges, and other costs will be handled as communicated in the project agreement or quotation.

The final agreed price and payment terms will be those confirmed between the client and New House Solution for the specific project.

04 Payments and Project Booking

Payment amounts, advance requirements, instalments, due dates, and accepted payment methods will be communicated in the applicable quotation or project agreement.

  • Clients are responsible for making payments according to the agreed schedule.
  • Delays in payment may affect procurement, scheduling, or project progress, subject to the project agreement.
  • Any advance payment, booking amount, or deposit will be governed by the terms communicated and agreed before payment.
  • Refunds, cancellations, and adjustments will be handled according to the applicable written agreement and law.

No particular deposit or payment is automatically non-refundable unless the applicable terms and law permit it.

05 Design Approval and Changes

The client is responsible for reviewing and approving relevant designs, layouts, dimensions, finishes, colours, materials, and specifications before execution.

  • Clients should communicate requested revisions clearly and promptly.
  • Changes requested after approval may affect cost, material orders, and completion timelines.
  • Revisions outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work.
  • Visualisations and 3D renders are design representations; final appearance may vary due to lighting, material characteristics, site conditions, and product availability.

06 Project Timelines and Site Access

Estimated project schedules depend on the agreed scope, site readiness, approvals, material availability, access, and other relevant circumstances.

  • Clients should provide reasonable access to the project site at agreed times.
  • Clients should ensure necessary permissions and approvals for work under their responsibility are obtained.
  • Delays caused by late approvals, changes, restricted access, supply issues, or events beyond reasonable control may affect completion dates.
  • Any revised schedule will be communicated as reasonably practicable.

Project-specific commitments and remedies, if any, will be governed by the written agreement.

07 Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate project details and relevant site information.
  • Review and approve drawings, selections, quotations, and specifications in a timely manner.
  • Make payments as agreed.
  • Disclose known site restrictions or conditions that may affect the work.
  • Obtain permissions, approvals, or building-society authorisations that are their responsibility.
  • Communicate concerns and requested changes promptly through the agreed channels.

08 Materials and Workmanship

Materials, finishes, hardware, and other products will be selected according to the agreed specifications, subject to availability.

Where a specified product becomes unavailable, an alternative should be discussed with the client before substitution, where reasonably practicable. Natural materials, manufactured finishes, and lighting conditions may result in minor variations in appearance.

Any warranties, maintenance obligations, defect rectification, or after-sales support will be governed by the applicable project agreement and any relevant manufacturer warranty.

09 Cancellations and Termination

Any request to cancel or terminate a project should be communicated in writing. The consequences of cancellation will depend on the agreed contract, the stage of work, materials already ordered, services already performed, and applicable law.

  • Charges for completed work or approved purchases may remain payable where contractually and legally applicable.
  • Any eligible refund or adjustment will be calculated according to the applicable agreement and law.
  • Either party may exercise termination rights provided under the project agreement or applicable law.
